Suicide is such a hard topic to talk about and in some cultures a taboo, which makes addressing suicidal symptoms extremely difficult.  It's hard enough dealing with the stress and shame that comes from our parenting fails.  It's even harder to admit that we have considered taking our life because life feels that hard. It can feel so shameful to seek the help we need.
