This is by far one of my favorite episodes I've recorded so far.   On this episode I sit down with Sister Sheefra Blume and delve into her extensive wisdom & knowledge about the Kabala, the gestation process of miracles & clairvoyance. She shares with us tools around energetic hygiene of being a responsible energy worker & how to speak articulately through intentional Spell Crafting.  We then explore  the syntax of (Belief - Thought - Speech - Emotion - Action) where Sheefra shares why it's important to bring awareness and consciousness into how we speak and explains the importance of this for the aligned order of manifestation. On this episode of EG we spend time with brother Yeshua Orah and talk about the healthy embodiment of the modern day man.  We discuss the power of pranayama & breathwork and his personally created practice of Liberation breath. We delve into our history of facilitating men's retreats together, deep healing brotherhood and plant medicine and how it's brought healing to his life.  Yeshua shares vulnerably how all of his life's experiences have sculpted him into the father, brother, husband and man that he is today and how all he does aims to increase the loving awareness being brought fourth through him. We even dive into the reconciling our past and living without guilt and shame, while remembering that LOVE is our true home

I met Sam Gibbs through  the M Powered Brotherhood here in Austin, TX.  We have deepened our brotherhood ties over the last year. We have gone to Sacred Sons together, we have bled together - laughed together & cried together.  And on the show we tap into Sam's heart and what makes him tick. Together we touch on the topics of ayahuasca and plant medicine - how self talk matters and how the deepest suffering is done in silence.  We talk about safety in masculinity and how to be a warrior without being at war. The first Episode back to the show and this time it’s is a solo venture.  This is a new beginning in many ways.  The show takes flight with a deep heartfelt episode in tribute to a man that I love and miss. This show is a conversation about awakening the hearts and souls of my soul siblings and letting the men and women of the world know that they are not their pain.  That they are not their thoughts and that everything they feel lis a gift and an invitation to step into the more of who they authentically are. In the episode I discuss brotherhood, friendship, depression, ghosting, suicide and bring into light the heart of the show, which is that we are all soul siblings walking this path home together...so this is my attempt to be and bring the awareness to the table.
