'Work your strengths and identify your weaknesses' they say. But how do you objectively and truthfully answer a personality test without a selection bias?  How do we answer the Myers Briggs test truthfully and not get a result our own ego wants to be but rather get a result who YOU really are? I've been trying to figure out my personality type of ENFJ didn't quite match what I was feeling, even though I've done Myers Briggs test multiple times.  In this episode I explain how I listened to a new approach to doing the test and the results blew me away with possibility. I'm currently in Ukraine visiting my relatives and I've got a special What Jules Learned.
