#10: JAG-ing off with Stuart Anderson
Episode in
Foreign by Nature
Stuart is a bright guy. We studied abroad together in Sevilla, Spain via the University of North Carolina before going off on separate paths. Stuart graduated from Columbia University with a law degree before joining the U.S. Air Force as a JAG officer (Judge Advocate General). He worked in JAG for several years before moving onto Veterans Affairs (VA), where he handles legal issues surrounding veterans’ benefits. He also spent a year cleaning up his home town of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
We talk at length about his time at JAG and involvement in military sexual misconduct cases. Of course we also veer off course onto other interesting topics. Enjoy!
