As you probably know the Full Monty Leadership Show started out as The Accidental Guru Show back in April 2010, since then we have had some phenomenal guests discussed a plethora of important subjects and had almost 1,000,000 (one million) downloads. And we’ve spoken about a vast array of subjects that I feel leaders need to know about. On this final episode I will do a review of some of the most important shows and I will also speak about the vitally important shows we never got to do.

My guest this week is the esteemed Maria Cardona; CNN & CNN Español contributor, Democratic strategist, senior adviser and spokesperson to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. In this Show Maria Cardona and I will dig into one of the most polarizing issues in the US today…Immigration! You and I both know when this lady is on CNN she is not going to be given the free reign she needs to really get to the meat of the issues. However, in this show I guarantee that we will be speaking about many unspeakable issues, including: Why president George W. Bush had it right when it came to communicating with Latino’s (even though he seemed to struggle with speaking English). Think about it, you know as well as I do; every parent is an idiot… If you don’t believe me, just get someone to ask your teen age kid. So let me ask you: How much better would your children’s lives be if they had a trusted caring adult to guide them? Research shows; that the most important factor in Saving and Strengthening our Youth is that they have a relationship with between 1 and 3 caring trusted adults. (non parental, remember we are idiots) In fact, the research goes further in stating kids who have these kind of relationships are healthier, more resilient and more likely to meet their goals. My guest on this episode of Dõv Baron’s Full Monty Leadership Show is Dr Mollie Marti. She is a trained lawyer and psychologist who had an exceptional mentor who taught her how to be a servant leader. It was through serious sickness and facing the prospect of death that Dr. Mollie Marti found herself with needing to pass on the wisdom shared with her through her mentor.

My Guest on this show is John Englander, he is a pre-eminent leader in his depth of knowledge, understanding, and ability to make the subject of changing weather patterns and the impact it’s having on the oceans simple enough for someone with no such background to understand and take positive action. He is an Oceanographer extraordinaire… He has been the CEO of the International Sea Keepers Society. However, if you really want to understand how respected this guy is in his field, in 1997 the most respected oceanographer of our time… Mr Jacques Cousteau asked John to take over the leadership of The Cousteau Society. John Englander is also a Special Adviser on Climate, to Friends of the United Nations. Over the last 3 years, John has been writing his book: “High Tide on Main Street”, to bring awareness of rising ocean levels. It’s a book in which he clearly predicted the super storm of Hurricane Sandy and the impact it would have on Manhattan.

America the greatest country on Earth, we’re #1″. Urh…Reality Check: That chant is at least a decade out dated. In actuality, Canada is #1 in the G7 for fastest economic growth. The US is not the wealthiest either, in fact we’re in seventh position. The American empire is in serious decline…There is a new empire rising it is the massive economic force known as The People’s Republic of China. In this show my guest Professor Michael Justin Lee and I will look at China and our dependence upon it.
