The Army is on the way and they're bringing the vaccine with them. Not that this matters as theres a shortage of glass vials to carry it in!! Mind you, as bad as it is here in the UK, theres a Civil War brewing in America and the outgoing President seems to be all for it. 2021 was supposed to be a fresh start and yet it feels more like a continuation of our spiral into the darkness. Here are my latest thoughts from my little corner of the UK.

Another week, another few steps of descent into the apparent abyss. The UK is still divided as the devolved nations continue to furrow their own paths but the harshest restrictions are being laid down in England, although not without the typical governmental delay. Just days after making confounding decisions regarding the tiering system here in England the Government made yet another u-turn and moved many regions of the country into a higher tier with tighter restrictions. If that wasn't bad enough the new mutant strain is running rampant and is seemingly the gift that we are determined to share with the world. All of this and finally a brexit deal has been finalised, what does this mean? I'm not sure I know but lets try and figure this out together.

Things are changing on a daily if not hourly basis here in the UK right now and it's hard to keep track of everything thats happening. Christmas is cancelled, we as a nation are being shut off from the rest of the world and a new mutant strain of Covid is kicking our ass. What does the future hold and am I keeping it together? Back once again for another update on my covid-19 life here in good old England. This time out I discuss mutant strains, schooling madness, christmas chaos and the changing of tiers that are all upcoming on this glorious shores. Oh and as usual we have to talk Trump and his never-ending campaign to remain employed.

The Vaccine has finally arrived but as with everything else Covid-19 it isn't the plain sailing solution we all hoped it might be. It's Christmas Jim but not as we know it. Lockdown is about to end in England and as a nation we will be returning to the tiered system although in a more restrictive format. What they give with one hand however the Government take with the other so here is my take on our current situation here in the UK. I also take a sly little look at how former President Trump still has not given up the fight to remain in office.

After a break of almost 4 months (stupid Skype) I finally get back together with my co-host Dave and we finally get the chance to shoot the breeze once again. This go around we touch upon the carnage of the current global climate before getting to the meat and bones of this shows topic which is TV shows and in particular those show that we remember fondly but have not aged well upon further inspection.

Well here we go again, Lockdown is back with a vengeance and the masses may not be so willing to comply the 2nd time of asking. Not only that but the so called resistance has finally made its way to my own home town and I have a few things I'd like to say about that. What a rollercoaster we continue to ride on as Covid-19 continues to dominate our lives with seemingly no end in sight. This time out we confirm the final status of President Trump as well as trying to dissect the new rules and regulations that are in place across the whole of the United Kingdom.

After an unintentional extended absence we are back with another collection of Grant family thoughts to share with the rest of you. The kids and Emma have been back at school for a month but it's not the same old schooling that we all remember. Covid-19 has changed many parts of society and schools are very much at the forefront of those changes. So how different is the school experience and is it still an enjoyable part of life.
