In the world of content creation and social media strategy, Nicky Saunders is an influential voice who educates her mass following on growing their online presence with techniques that are organic and impactful. As a personal branding specialist best known for her skill in video editing, Saunders is the strategist behind the growth of motivational speaker Eric Thomas’s online community, increasing his Facebook and Instagram accounts from 300,000 followers to 2 million in a year and a half. Saunders is driven to help her digital community by not only giving them tools and resources that are distinctive from others, but to help them feel comfortable with telling their stories in a way that feels true to them. Ashlyn Phelps is from Tulsa, OK and graduated from Broken Arrow High School back in 2014 earning a state championship in basketball with her team going 28-0, breaking school history. She continued her education at Butler Community College, earning her associates degree and playing women’s college basketball for a top 10 ranked team. In 2016, after suffering a knee injury and having  her 3rd surgery on the same knee, Ashlyn made the difficult decision to hang up the jersey after finishing out her 2015-2016 season.
