We get so caught up in what is happening in the world via the internet, and completely forget about the life happening around us. In this episode, Soulaire discusses the importance of unplugging back into your real life.

Hello! It has been a couple of weeks and we have been hard at work on a new project coming to you soon that we are extremally excited about. In this episode, Soulaire touches on the drama, conspiracy, and denial we often let run wild in our minds, and then discusses the honesty required to get to the truth of it.

Hello! We've been off the mics for a few weeks now, and are working extremely hard on a new Soulful Journey project that is taking up most of our time. With the Food Truck season starting we have been working on getting schedules to line up, but will continue releasing an episode every week, whether it's a current recording, or one from our archives.
