It's been so long that I have even forgetting how to write this part here! But firstly, apologies for the long break, we went on holiday and got lazy. So much for our new year resolutions! Anyways how have you all been lovelies? Let's catch up. We went to get some winter sun and it was a blast. Now we're back, we're tanned and we're getting deep. We get into all sorts together today joined by the lovely Subeida. We speak about touristing in places where you stick out like a sour thumb and being asked 'where you're REALLY from'. Do you say no to strangers abroad who ask to take picture with you or is it not worth the hassle? We get into self reflection mode as we speak about openly communicating with loved ones, self assurance and anxiety. We speak of therapy and our views on it as well as looking back at the pandemic and how it forced us to slow down (some more than others). Lastly, there's a super important announcement and a change to the hear this pod we know (and love🤭) Well anyways, I could talk about what we spoke about forever, or...you could go ahead and press play. It's the new year so you know we're on what everyone's on. Promises of fitness and working out are thrown around. Gyms are packed out beginning of the year so we ain't trying to be basic over here and that's why Suhaar's back on Muay Thai and Kosar's taking up hot yoga. What you on this year?
