In human design, we can look at the emotional center to see if we are someone who rides their own emotional waves, or picks up on the emotional waves of others. When you look at your chart, the emotional center is the bottom right triangle. If it's defined / colored than you are an "emotional being" and if it's open / white than you are a "non-emotional being." This center correlates with the solar plexus. Emotional beings will ride their own emotional waves. Sometimes these waves can come and go without warning, but over time I have discovered that it's possible to track your emotional wave based on your menstrual cycle! I've been tracking my cycle for a while now using the fertility awareness method and the app Natural Cycles. It wasn't until recently that I made the connection between my emotional wave and the time of the month. Non-emotional beings will experience a wide variety of emotions by sampling others emotional wave. Sometimes this can be confusing, especially when these emotions get stuck in the solar plexus. You can also track how your experience emotions by tracking your cycle. You can learn the time of the month when you are more vulnerable to allowing these emotions get stuck, or when you're allowing them to come and go In this Mini Epi, I dive into my personal journey discovering my own emotional waves, and how I was able to track my wave using my menstrual cycle! This is the first of many HVH mini episodes! I love dropping in with you every week, sometimes the cycle and flow of life allows for time to be spent in other areas. I have picked up an extra work load working with my current in-person clients (aka nanny family) and just started the first day of my cycle so the energy levels have been extra low this week. Taking time to honor myself in this process means more mini episodes! This week is on imposter syndrome. In this week's episode, we dive into the power of change. I offer an oracle reading from my favorite oracle deck, and WOW! Everything was spot on and pertained to what we dove into today. The Chinese i'Ching, also known as the book of changes, is a powerful tool that has been used for thousands of years to understanding the change that is happening at any given moment. We are able to tap into the energy of the now and reveal the energy of the moment. Everything is change, just like everything is energy. In human design, we use the i'Ching to help us form the bodygraph. What your authentic energy is and where you hold consistency and where you feel the power of change the most.
