How To Connect With Your Kids

Rachel Ilardi, our Children’s Church Director, shares with us the unique position she has connecting with NorthwestKIDS every Sunday morning. Rachel Grew up in NorthwestKIDS church and started serving as a peer mentor in 6th grade. Her love for kids and desire to encourage and equip this next generation to be disciples of Jesus is evident.

This week Matt and Rachel DiSalvitore give us a glimpse into their family of 6. They get super honest about their failures and shortcomings. Matt and Rachel also share the special ways they each take time out of each day to connect as well as how they include their kids in the day to day activities of life.

Today our guest parents, Rory and Sarah Swindell, share with us how they turned the pitfall of making assumptions into one of their family strengths to always ask questions. And they share a pretty cool way to use eavesdropping as a tool to build honor and respect in your family.
