In this episode many months ago Zack and I discussed the cooking circuit and the community the rules and the process of cooking competition in the local circuits.  Zack eagerly awaits the day of competition to be able to share what he's been working on with the judges the people and his fellow competitors alike.  We also discuss the pros and cons of doing local festivals and the agendas of the cities that hold them and how they affect the small vendors vs the bigger vendors. This week Zack and I discuss something that hits close to home for us and how it affects so many individuals especially the individuals in the service industry.  This week we are also joined by a few special guests David and Becky all the way from Boston & NY and Josh & Anabel all the way from Charleston South Carolina. It's a new year we've talked about it before and it's finally here! This week Zack and I get into Noodle fest "Rise of the Noodles" music festival.  We get the details from Zack about the menu for this years noodle fest music festival.
