Stephen and Gareth will be back for the new Championship season, but we have had a little makeover, take a listen for the details.

The season is finally over and I don't think any of us are too upset about it. We'll chat about Sunderland's final Premier League fixture, away to Champions Chelsea. Easy, right? We'll reflect on what has been a disastrous season, but try and look ahead to a positive year in The Championship.

The Lads preview Sunderland's final Premier League home game for the foreseeable future, with relegation battlers Swansea City the visitors. Stephen, Michael and Gareth address all current issues and take a look back at our 10 year stint in the top flight.

Sunderland are down and out. With four games to go, everything is flat. There's speculation over David Moyes's future and I think most of us just want the season to end. We do our best to look ahead to Hull City this Saturday. I'm sure Michael will find some positives somewhere!

Relegation looks a certainty, so we cheer ourselves up by inviting Sunderland legend Julio Arca into the studio. We chat about the Boro defeat, preview the Bournemouth game and hear from David Moyes.

Don't let a 2-0 scoreline fool you, the lads barely could barely get their gloves on their opponents, barring one Defoe effort that was akin to a rare windmiller landing flush but failing to even wobble the guy who has jabbed your head off all match. I'm not sure that boxing analogy quite works but I was down a one-way street and couldn't reverse out of it. Alan Partridge style. The ONE thing Sunderland can claim to be masters of is an almighty collapse in the opening 1st half of a football game and someone goes and lets us to it to them. In fact Palace have done it to us before, so add that to Allardyce and van Aanholt factors and we have a very sweet tasting victory indeed.
