Ted is a serial entrepreneur that spent most of his career in software, starting and selling multiple businesses before getting involved with IoT.  There are other safety and risk management IoT ideas out there but Ted is innovating in the technology and the implementation.  Ted and Corvex filled a critical gap in the field - putting the workers' needs first in a bottom up approach that empowers the workforce to improve safety.

Josh Reding is the Director of Risk Management for Lifetime Fitness, he came on the show to talk about changes in the industry.

Kevin is a grinder.  He's worked hard for everything he's gotten.  Not taking for granted a single piece.  Kevin started his professional career as a pilot.  Soon realized he was destined for a different path. He began working for Brenton Hayden at Renters Warehouse and quickly saw success.  Eventually was appointed to CEO after the organization was sold to private equity. Renters Warehouse has disrupted the quiet little sleeper that was real estate and has thrown a wrench into the equation.  Renters Warehouse is on the cutting edge of technology and has completely changed the landscape for how people and organizations view real estate and investments. There is nothing more inherently risky than real estate.  It's typically the biggest allocation of money that people have in their portfolio.  Real estate has always been a tough sell because of the risk associated with it from an investment standpoint.  Renters Warehouse is enabling the consumer to spread some of that risk out and transfer it to someone else.  Meanwhile, enabling the public to use the real estate market as an exchange.
