 While saving the episode I uploaded prior to this I realized I already had something saved with that title and well... I am chatting about ways I speak to myself based on how I want to function.  Rough as always but intent is in the actual words. It is not always pretty but that's not that point.  Practice is the point.  

I got some confirmation through conversation. This is going to be another raw one on some of the things I plan to go over in detail. So  here we go....

My thoughts about the ebb and flow of life and on how to  be easy on yourself when life gets rough.

This is a brief overview of some of the things I do daily that help me stay in a good head space.  I may go into detail and expound on some of this at another time but this is what  I felt comfortable sharing today. My goal is to show how I make time for myself and prepare myself.

This is a discussion that I have more often than I'd like to admit and after I recorded it I realized so many more points I should have stated.  In an effort to keep relationship healthy and drama free this was a huge principle that needs to mutually understood.
