I get very passionate when it gets to one person saying “I Love You”, but treat that same “I-Love-You-Person” with no respect that can be classified as EMOTIONAL ABUSE. I talk about 7️⃣ ways you can deal with emotional abuse. 1️⃣ Make your mental and physical health a priority 2️⃣ Establish boundaries with your abuser 3️⃣ Stop blaming yourself 4️⃣ You cannot FIX and abusive person. Emotional abuse is one of the most difficult forms of abuse to identify. It can be subtle and sneaky or obvious and manipulative. Either way, it chips away at the victim's self-esteem and they begin to doubt their perceptions and reality. AND WHEN REACHED THAT POINT, YOU’RE PLAYING WITH FIRE.
