After we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we receive His Spirit in us. The body and its senses can no longer dominate us since we have His new nature in us. As believers our job is to put to death the body’s desires so that the Spirit can rule and take over!

For believers, there is hope even in the world of addictions. The Bible tells us that Christ has freed us from the enslaving power of sin. Now we can live above any addiction or bondage. The more a person grows in their salvation, the more their desires change to the point of being freed from any bondage. The person embarks on a journey of transformation where they are perfected on a daily basis.

Jesus Christ is the prince of peace, without Him, there will be no peace in a person's heart. He is the One who brings peace in our lives.

The world is still here today because of the mercy of God. Had it not been for His mercy, we would have all been consumed by His wrath. Our sins deserved punishments and eternal condemnation but because of His mercy, we have been saved! Our God is rich in mercy, and He provides us with fresh mercies every morning. Oh how amazing it is to be a recipient of His mercy! I pray that by His mercy, salvation will be given to you and your loved ones and that you will experience the depth of His rich mercy!
