The Morning Sports News: 'Rally Stuffed'
Episode in
John & Hugh
The Braves dropped the first game of a three game series with the Cubs last night as a ninth inning rally ended with a shallow pop fly to Left field off the bat of Johan Camargo. Hugh said "I like the way the team fought in this game, it ultimately came up short but you like to see this kind of fight from a team."
The Panthers fired their GM Dave Gettleman with just eight days before training camp starts, Hugh said "I think the biggest thing about this is the Gregg Olson situation and making sure he doesn't hold out and is in camp when it starts. Obviously there was a disconnect between the front office, and ownership on philosophy concerning who to resign."
