The story follows Bobby Walker and his family as they move from California to New York City. Their sometimes annoying cousin, Skeeter, comes to live with them where they get into crazy adventures (“Cousin Skeeter Fandom”). The show used an African American puppet as the lead character. Bill Bellamy starred as the voice of Cousin Skeeter, while Drew Massey performed the puppetry. Robert Ri’chard played Bobby Walker, while Meagan Good portrayed his neighbor, Nina.
