You cannot give what you don't have, if you walking around carrying garbage,  you cannot give beauty, kindness , forgiveness etc to your colleagues.  2. It's important to be consistent in being spiritual and not react emotionally to conflict situations.  Because if you react  emotionally it's easy to react physically which can have undesirable consequences in the workplace . 3.
