Breathe, pause, rewind and recognize the laws of connection gifted to us by the elements of nature, we get immersed in our increasingly digital world that we forget to sit and ponder about some other universal everlasting facts, don't we?

Like butterflies have four life stages, the egg, caterpillar, pupa, and the adult butterfly. Each of the four stages are very unique to individual species of butterflies. Similarly what we acquire in the physical world doesn't define nature of the soul. At all life stages from infant to old age through the aging process, life shows us sequence of both good and bad events. There can be Infinite possibilities leading to Infinite perceptions; paying attention and having the awareness of what happens outside and within us eventually leads to a process of transformation. Initiation of the process is the first step in metamorphosis and the key to progressive stages.

According to science, we are aware of the concept of pendulums. When a pendulum is displaced sideways from its resting, equilibrium position, it is subject to a restoring force due to gravity that will accelerate it back toward the equilibrium position. Humans are like pendulums that oscillate between good and evil emotions. Tuning in to our breath (is a restoring force) can lead to perfect blend of emotions and restore us into a state of equilibrium. This phenomena thus purifies, amplifies and heightens the vibration of our soul leading us to a state of pure bliss.

Albert Einstein, one of the great scientists had said, try not to be a man of success rather try to be a man of value. We all are valuable beings and must enrich our wisdom with the focus on our own unique gift and passion for what brings value to us and life.
