It's World Mental Health Day.  A great time to talk about social media and the effects it has on our mental health. At glance, social media seems to be innocent fun but so many people have come on social media and so many people have left it ... but why? In todays society, does social media have an effect on our mental health and what can be done to stop it from getting that far. In this episode, Jerome and Kriss discuss the serious issues of social media mental health from chasing an unrealistic dream to suicide.  Some times its ok to take a mental break from it all and to remember that your mental health is more important than a like on your post.
