We sat down with Toronto BJJ’s Thomas Beach this past weekend.  Thomas is a blackbelt under Jorge Britto and an instructor at Toronto BJJ.  Thomas is a VERY well accomplished competitor, not to mention he is Canada’s ONLY adult world (Mundial) champion in 2009. Thomas at the age of 26 has undergone more surgeries and been through more injuries than anyone should at such a young age.  He opens up about his recovery, training hurt, lessons learned and MUCH more.
