Welcome to the debut episode of Kill All Movies, a movie podcast that attempts to artfully combine criticism and fart jokes. This time around, we tackle classic 1976 satire Network. We talk about its commentary on the importance of independent TV news organizations, how it predicted the rise of really shitty reality TV, and the impugning of cocksmanship. It’s a dark movie that’s brightened by witty dialogue and powerful performances from Peter Finch, Faye Dunaway, and William Holden.
