This week Anna and I sat down and read Warren Ellis and Adi Granov's Iron Man story called Extremis. Supposedly one of the most iconic Iron Man stories out there. This weeks books was Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns," a very highly regarded novel in Batman lore. Some say it resurrected the character of Batman and brought him into the 20th century. The real question on Knightly Novels today is whether it holds up to the hype after the years. Still, it has some interesting content and a great message. Somehow Amanda and I managed to do a 2nd episode of Knightly Novels! Don't ask me how we pulled it off, but I think this week was even better than last week.We were able to talk about an iconic X-Men tale: Days of Future Past. I had some very strong nostalgic memories of the comic and Amanda had no history of this book. It was a blast going over the strengths and weaknesses of the book. It has finally happened. Amanda Kane and I have started our Knightly Novels Podcast.
