On this week's show we are joined by Victor Amoah, Global Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Cushman and Wakefield, one of the largest real estate firms in the world.  Victor has moved into a global role at Cushman having spent a decade at John Lewis, rising from the shop floor to a similar L&D role there and being part of the team that delivered the training to Ambassadors at the London Olympics in 2012.

With experience spanning 22 years as the SVP of Learning & Development at Emirates Airlines, and later a similar role at Qatar Airways, Brendan delivers knowledge bomb after knowledge bomb as he discusses his time in the aviation business and some of the many problems the sector is currently facing.

In this our first show, we meet Mandy Lenhiem, Managing Learning and Change Consultant at CapGemini.  In this candid interview, Mandy doesn't hold back as she talks through her time at BT, taking on a number of roles over a 16 year period, and her subsequent move to CapGemini where's she been since 2000.
