He talks about the difference between video editing and play analyzer technology. Landro gets rid of DVDs and video tapes, allowing kids to become a part of the coaching staff. Head Coach, of Women's Basketball at Gannon University, Coach Cleve Wright will discuss how his Senior players teach under class players using Landro Play Analyzer. Coach Wright says, " It's amazing how much differently you teach using video once you have a tool that gives you instant, random access to significant plays in a game. Our Senior players have taken leadership, using Landro to help teach under class players. This would never happen with DVDs, video tape or, in fact, any other type of digital equipment because they make it so difficult to find the video. Coaches need tools that show quick examples of what's wrong...so they can go out on the court and practice. Seeing the video example quickly, again and again, allows them to identify the problem then go out on the court and fix it." A Former assistant coach at Northwestern Cleve Wright begins his fourth season at Gannon. He became the program?s eighth head coach on May 16, 2002. His Gannon program has been on the rise since his arrival. The Lady Knights were 12-14 during Wright?s first season in 2002-03, but rebounded with an 18-11 record in 2003-04 and a 19-11 mark last season. The program is 49-36 in three seasons under Wright and should continue its rise to the top in 2005-06.

College recruitment is important to a high school athlete. For some it may be their only chance to attend college. Having coached at every level of college football Coach Banaszak will share his experience on what coaches look for specifically when they review recruitment highlights from a player.
