In this episode I have a conversation with Michael Ebeid. Michael is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a career spanning over 35 years across Media, Telecommunications and Technology industries. He has worked at organisation's such as; IBM, Optus, Westpac, the ABC and has served as CEO at SBS and was Group Executive at Telstra. Michael is passionate about great leadership, business & digital transformation, corporate culture, customer and stakeholder relationships and building strategic partnerships. And is a vocal advocate of diversity and inclusion.  Michael is currently a board member of the Sydney Opera House and SurePact, a SaaS technology business and is Patron of ACON’s Heath and Wellbeing program.  In 2017, was awarded an Order of Australia for services to the media, multicultural affairs and for being an innovator and named by CEO Magazine as CEO of the year in 2017.  In this episode we discuss: What is great leadership; What it takes to transform an organisations culture during times of change. In this episode I have a conversation with Jamie Martin to talk about developing leadership talent for the future. A brief summary on Lieutenant Colonel Jamie Martin: Jamie is passionate about developing leaders, teams, and new ideas through collaborating across disciplines. He fuels this through a system of targeted personal learning - constantly aiming to lead from the future as it emerges. Jamie has led teams of 2 to 2,000 as a Helicopter Force commander and pilot. As the Commanding Officer of the 5th Aviation Regiment (Australian Army) he led missions across the SW Pacific and Australia deployed on security missions, amphibious operations, and national disasters (floods and bushfires). He is currently the Director of the Centre for Australian Army Leadership where he is developing programs to grow the leaders of 2040.
