The former long-distance runner represented Great Britain in the men's marathon at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics and won at the Paris Marathon in 1989 and 1990 and at the Berlin Marathon in 1991. Brace has been involved in the Welsh running scene for some time and is now a race director. We talk to him about how he got hooked on running, his best ever race and much more.
