In Vietnam 1970 Command Sergeant Gary Littrell exhibited extraordinary courage and selflessness in leading 473 S. Vietnamese Rangers and 3 other US Army Rangers against up to 10,000 enemy forces. Only 41 survived, with Gary providing amazing courage, leadership and sacrifice throughout the 4-day ordeal. For this he received America's highest military honor.
