1. My very first episode - Welcome
Episode in
Lets Get Bent
I Started Yoga at a very young age this has given me a unique perspective of Yoga, a different point of view to most people that were introduced to Yoga as an adult or in their late teens.
It has allowed me to hold onto a childlike approach to Yoga and in doing so I believe, that this point of view has helped me to maintain a soft childlike quality to my mind and body when I come to practise and teach. This is me talking to you about my yoga so you can find and love YOUR yoga. oxo

This episode I share with you the Yin snail and remind you to be forgiving, be patient and to persevere when working on doing good to yourself, before we can help others, we must first help and heal ourselves

Episode in

Mention the word Yoga to many and they envision a group of tie-dyed bohemians, chanting in unison while perched in peculiar body contortions. However in this modern age, yoga has become an easily accessible past time, featured in many gyms, health centres and online wellness sites. Although there are many modern day slants on the practice of yoga, the true art of yoga is all about union.

Episode in
Lets Get Bent
A very lovely yet simple quote inspired me for this month’s asana.
