Today we get you caught up on how the whole Ironman experience has been for us as a family with unique and special insights from my wife who doesn't like to be on camera. It has been a roller coaster ride and we hope to see it end with a great sense of "Oh what a night!"

This is a personal story of mine that shaped my life. Follow along as Luis the Life Power Lion deals with bullying and what he did about it. Follow along as I document my journey to the Ironman World Championship race in Nice, France on September 10, 2023!  Todays episode is an introduction into what an Ironman Triathlon is exactly as well as a rundown on the races I have finished thus far. 13 completions in 20 starts and the best parts are probably the ones i didn't finish!

Introducing my kids who are applying and demonstrating the Life Power principles of success that i so often try to help my clients with. My 12 year old daughter just qualified in 2 events for the State Championships in swimming and my 8 year old son plays club soccer against kids 2 age groups higher than his. Both are great kids with great character but you can judge for yourself. I created this first podcast for the newly reborn Life Power Journeys podcast because i wanted a keepsake for us as a family for later in life. I'm opening the doors to my parenting and offering insight for what it's like to be my kid. I hope you enjoy!
