I am back!!  I was like "I gotta get it together girl" The mom schedule is REAL!  We can do all the things well, We can do them even better if we have a plan.  Gratitude, Being thankfully blessed no matter what!  When things are out of our control but we ask the two important questions?  What can we learn from this? What can we value from this?  Everyone has not so great day's but you are WORTH IT!  

Tomorrow is never promised. When we come to our TBD # of days here on this earth. what kind of things and memories do you want to leave behind? What kind of things do you want your children to remember about you?  Something we don't think about often, But is such a great question!! 

Creating actionable steps to helping you not live in an over whelm state. We all got that " ISH " that'll go on and happen! YOU gotta keep the expectations you set for yourself! 

We can all be better at not projecting the opinions and our own fears onto others?  So many fear change, the unknown, DON'T be scared to try something new, DON'T be scared to start a business, DON'T  be scared Learn a new skill, DON'T be scared to Shoot for a new position at work, Create a new routine.  Let the fear's that others have roll off your shoulders!! Every single person every where started some where.. 

It's been a while, Let's catch up! No matter the season just remember to keep putting one foot in front of the other!
