On Healing

Recounting the times God showed up for me tremendously so that you and I are encouraged.

God wants the best for us but sometimes the best means He says no to what our heart wants. When God says No, be rest assured His Yes is a way better option

We will face challenges at certain points in our journey and we can choose to remain joyful.

Have the best year ever

Let’s celebrate what is working and let go of what is not!

1. Call and text them often 2. Celebrate their birthdays, anniversary, new job, etc 3. Be with them in moments of grief - job, death, loss 4. Chip in with their projects - school, moving to a new apartment, wedding etc 5. Pray for and with them 6. Listen and encourage them 7. Pay them a visit once in a TL 8. Tell them you love them 9. Extend the courtesy to their parents, family, loved ones Friendships , relationships are in phases and how we relate to one differs from the other .

Water your relationships , it really is that simple
