LIFT Church - Simple Church Leader Training

In this module Alex is going to encourage us to continue thinking about multiplication. We hope this module is exciting for you as you consider creating more space for people to know Jesus!

In this module Alex is going to walk us through several key operational responsibilities that you have as a Simple Church Leader and cover several important leadership guidelines to help you have healthy discipleship relationships.

In this module, our Lead Pastor Robin Wallar is going to talk about what it means to be formed in community and mission and how you can navigate some common challenges in seeing your Simple Church family be contributors rather than consumers.

In this module Alex is going to remind us of some foundational parts of our huddle time, and how we can navigate common challenges that come up, so that our Simple Church can truly be formed by God’s Word.

In this module Jess Haverkamp - our SME Coordinator - is going to remind us that SME is all about seeing the lost know Jesus. You will learn how to establish an SME and how to work through common challenges in this area.

In this module Alex is going to encourage you that you are not alone because you have a District Leader caring for you! He will explain the ways your District Leader will coach you and how you can best receive that discipleship from them.

In this module Alex is going to remind us of the call to multiply in our Simple Churches and he will cover some really practical steps on how you can disciple your Apprentice as you prepare to send them!

In this module, Alex Busch - our Director of Discipleship- is going to show us what healthy Simple Churches look like and remind us of the target we are all aiming for as we lead.
