At the moment our contact with music and culture is possible through alternative options beyond live meetings, so it is a privilege to be with Caroline Lavelle, a very well-know cellist, singer and songwriter who has cooperated with several bands and singers such as Massive Attack, Vangelis, Radiohead, Peter Gabriel or Loreena McKeennitt among others. With this interview Caroline will show us her talent and daily life too. And we are listening to some of her premieres today!

Sport in der Gesellschaft heute
Sport ist heute viel mehr als nur körperliche Betätigung. Da wäre zum einen der Aspekt der Freizeitbeschäftigung oder der Einfluss auf die körperliche Gesundheit. Zum anderen dient der Sport aber auch zum Aufbau bzw. zur Verstärkung sozialer Beziehungen. In der modernen Gesellschaft sind bestimmte Sportarten sogar ein Statussymbol für diejenigen, die sie betreiben.
Auch wenn insgesamt der Sport in unserer Gesellschaft ein hohes Ansehen genießt, so gibt es durchaus auch kritische Stimmen, die dem Sport skeptisch gegenüberstehen.
Über all das und vieles mehr werden wir in unserer heutigen Sendung mit den Studenten des Studiengangs Übersetzen und Dolmetschen der Universität Alicante, Marcial González und Daniel Fischer, sprechen.
