Pam has been quite the adventurer including running a naked 5K, rappelling down a 38-story building and more as part of her Year of Adventure. She written about travels that took her from the John Muir Trail in California to the rivers of West Texas and the oceans surrounding Fiji and the Galapagos Islands. Today she’s an Austin-based freelance writer who specializes in stories about outdoor adventure and recreation. Through her writing, she introduces readers to other adventurers and explorers, keeps them informed about the latest fitness trends, and challenges herself to try new things.

Carey Kepler, a wife, mother, business owner, motivational speaker, top-ranked athlete and coach who resides in Austin, Texas. Carey is the co-founder of CrossFit Central, a business she started with her brother with the mission of building a fit community in their city. Since 2006, Carey has worked as a coach and inspirational speaker and played a dynamic role in seeing the lives of thousands of people change.
