High Vibe Habits: 5 Ways to Raise Your Vibration and Have More of What You Want

We experience energy everyday in our lives. When you're at a party and someone's presence "lights up the room" or when a friend says that they're "fine" but you can sense that they aren't. The energy you put into the world is either helping you experience what you desire or repelling it away. Consider going to your boss to ask for a raise, if you show up feeling small and insecure will that impact their response? Would their response feel different if you showed up with positivity and confidence? There are 3 things we should be mindful of when it comes to energy. 1. Consumption What are you bringing in through all of your 5 senses? The things you eat, watch, listen to, etc. 2. Surroundings The people and places we surround ourselves with are either lifting our energy or depleting it. 3. Activities Notice how activities like dancing feel versus binge watching TV, very different energy. ✨ 5 High Vibe Habits for Raising Your Vibration ✨ 1. Declutter Not just your space but your entire life. Do a life audit to assess what's raising your vibration and what's lowering it. Use that information to set new boundaries and shift your focus. 2. Movement Motion = Emotion. Emotions are Energy in motion. Raise your energy by moving your body. 3. Nutrition Notice how some foods make you feel uplifted and bright while others make you feel heavy and dense. Welcome in more foods that make you vibrate higher. 4. 10 Years, 10 Lessons, 10k+ Invested

I recently celebrated 10 years of teaching in the self care, self healing, spirituality and self development worlds. While reflecting on everything I've learned in this last decade, I came up with 10 of my most valuable lessons.1. The importance of the mind-body-spirit connection. You cannot be well in one without also being well in the others. 2. The importance of a morning routine, the first 10 minutes of your day set the tone for your entire day. The quality of your days = the quality of your life. A good nighttime routine lays the foundation for a good morning routine. 3. Your Brain is NOT your friend. Your brain is wired for survival not to help you thrive. Working on your mindset is essential for success. 4. Micro habits and micro goals help us build motivation and confidence over time. Setting goals that are too big cause us to quit early when progress doesn't happen the way we think it should. 5. "I'll be happy when..." aka the arrival fallacy prevents us from finding fulfillment in life. Find fulfillment by practicing gratitude. 6. Emotions are a range, you can't go from despair to joy. Emotions are like a ladder you slowly climb. 7. "You can't pour from an empty cup", except you do, probably too often. What's in your cup spills out into every area of your life. When you are frustrated, stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, etc that's what you pour into your relationships, your career, your home, etc.8. Your purpose doesn't have to be finding a cure for cancer or saving every animal in a shelter. Being a source of positivity creates a ripple effect into the world. 9. Your energy attracts EVERYTHING. 10. Your intuition is the key to the life you're meant to live. The 4 S's Every Woman Needs for Success + Fulfillment

You can hustle your way to your goals but then feel burnt out when you get there, then what's the point? You can achieve success while you're stuck in stories of not being good enough but then your success doesn't feel like it's enough, then what was the point? It's important in life to not just achieve our goals and be successful but to have fulfillment as well. There are 4 core pillars that I've discovered in the last decade of running a business that have helped me feel fulfilled: Self Care Everywhere you go, there you are. Everything that is within you spills out of you into every area of your life. If you're stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, etc. That's what you pour into your career, relationships, hobbies, etc. Self Healing The stories you tell yourself are at the start of every action that you take. Healing those old stories will help you show up more confidently in every area of your life. Spirituality  Your spirituality is connected to your trust, your intuition, your gratitude, the energy you emit and attract and your overall manifestation power. Sustainability in Goals + Actions It isn't what we do occasionally that matters it's what we do consistently that matters most. Reverse Engineering Your Life with the Be, Do, Have Model

When we have a big goal,dream or vision, we sometimes struggle to get our of our own way and just simply take the first step. Our goal can feel so out of reach that we don’t even know where to start.When we reverse engineer our lives we think of where it is we want to go and work our way backwards until our very next steps become clear. In order for this to work, we think about the version of ourselves that’s already motivated, already successful, already confident and consider what they would be doing. As humans we struggle with something called “confirmation bias”, this is where our brain seeks out evidence in our lives to prove what we already believe is true. So if you have the belief that you don’t have the time, energy or motivation to start working towards your goals then your brain will look for evidence of this in your life. We often think that we first need to HAVE energy, time, confidence, motivation, more knowledge, etc. (Basically some sort of unrealistic perfect circumstance) before we can DO the things that we want to do and BE the version of ourselves that we want to become… Here’s some examples:“Once I have the time I can start going to the gym”“Once I go to the gym then I’ll have confidence in my body”Once I:Have: timeDo: go to the gymBe: confidentWe have to think of things the other way around, the version of you that’s already confident. How does she dress? How does she spend her time? What are her daily habits? Who is she spending her time with?Once you get clear on the version of yourself that already has what you desire you can start to take small, sustainable actions towards having what you want.Be. Neurons that fire together wire together. The more that certain thoughts are happening the more they are wiring together which makes them happen quicker, easier, more automatically. It's like going to the gym and working a muscle, the mind strengths with what you are thinking about.  2. RAS, Reticular Activating System, is your brains filter. It deletes and distorts information in your surroundings depending on what you deem as important. The more you focus on what you are grateful for the more your brains filter will pick up on things in your life that align with gratitude and show them to you, other wise it will literally ignore them. 3.
