Nathan Vuuren's Image of Christ exhibition is officially open at 54 Hornbill Road, Bryanston. This special episode is a walk-through of his exhibition, which is best experienced in person!

In this episode, we sit with resident visual artist Nathan Vuuren to delve into his latest exhibition, The Image of Christ: A Contemporary Look at Traditional Representations of Jesus Christ. Nathan unpacks the inspiration behind the work, his process of reinterpreting deeply rooted religious iconography, and what it means to challenge and modernize the visual language of Christ in today’s world. It’s a thought-provoking conversation about faith, identity and art history.  

Many of Jesus's recorded teachings focused on the Kingdom of God.
