I haven't talked about this in a minute, I wanted to thru why do I even do this?  What does it mean to feel silenced? Why as humans do we want to see someone else talk about the things that we don't feel comfortable talking about? Why does this all matter to me enough that Im willing to deal with the negative feedback?

If youre an overthinker like me, i have some tips and new perspective for you.  Overthinking isnt necessarily a bad thing but it will keep you stuck, so learn what to do differently and how to think about this in a way that is useful.   Also what does it mean to decide?  And are you stuck with your decisions?  What if its the wrong choice?
