She initially fell in love with techno on the dance floor and, after a few years, decided to try her hand at DJing. Her sets are typically characterized by powerful, energetic beats combined with rawness, and at other times, interesting vocals or unique sounds. You could have heard her in cities like Łódź, Lublin, Krakow, Płock, Poznań, and Warsaw! She has supported artists such as Paolo Ferrara, Noemi Black, Sept, and Eargasm God. Despite her success, Sylad remains a humble and passionate artist. She continually strives to perfect her craft and expand her musical horizons. Her constant exploration of new sounds and styles keeps her music fresh and innovative, and the sets she plays always tell a different story. In her spare time, she loves to "hunt" for new tracks, and one thing is certain – this passion never ends. Sylad is not only a DJ but also a promoter and co-organizer of events under the banner of Szukam Techno. She is also the founder of the Szukam chłopaka/dziewczyny techno fan page and related groups, which she manages with a fantastic team. It's worth mentioning that she strives to promote the work of other artists while also contributing a small piece to the development of stronger techno in Poland. Tracklist: 1. He has been active member on polish scene as a DJ and event promoter since 2005. By this time he had a chance to try a variety of different techno styles such as: classic, acid, uk, groove and hard getting sometimes close to schranz. However the sound created on TB-303 has always been closest to his taste. His sets are full of dynamics, rolling drums, cut vocals mixed with fine amount of acid, usually hard but not necessarily heavy. As an event promoter he was introduced to the scene with Sleepwalkers crew but it is Warsaw Mechanism which he had co-created that was the biggest success among polish underground techno collectives. Currently he works on a new project called Theia Crush which will be introduced to social media in the beginning of 2023. My sets are usually compilations of connected more or less with different types of house music. I often try to mix them with the elements of classical tracks from other genres. This set is a mixture of Polish and foreign tunes exploring rather dark and more energetic fields of house music, however during my gigs I play also lighter and more pleasant tunes. The most important thing in music for me is groove. While important, the melody plays second fiddle, being a completion for lively beat full of hi-hat and kick. I claim that house music is not so different from hip-hop and I try to prove it with my sets. You can also hear some drum’n’bass, which goes perfectly with hip-hop a capella sections. In her early childhood, she began to develop her violin skills, which she continued for the next 12 years. Over time, her taste in music has evolved - she fell in love with techno in 2016, but she has been developing her DJ skills for only a year. She loves an intense sound of hard techno, as well as genres such as electro and EBM. Harmony plays the main role in her sets, thanks to which the mixed pieces become a coherent story. Her musical sensitivity is constantly developing, which makes the selection of tracks surprising. So far, she has managed to take part in projects under the banner of THe Blue Oyster, 4AM, Proper Rave, Lust Supper, Project Masow, as well as record podcasts for Rave Fm and PPL SHOWCASE. In 2005 he started his first gig series Inside-Outside in Autsajder club in Gdańsk also playing many local gigs in other places. After a while he moved to UK where he also played on many local gigs of Bedford and Northampton. He also was a regular guest in In2Beats FM radio station. Now he’s back in Poland and since then some of you had an opportunity to hear him in Luzztro. However Mind The Gaap is mainly a successful producer. His first EP “Don’ts” on Ninefont received very positive feedback directly from John Digweed and Joris Voorn. Since then he worked with few great labels such as Natura Viva, SOSO and Suprematic. One of his track was also included on :SELECT 6 compilation alongside some of biggest names in current progressive and melodic techno world, which was released physically by a top player in the industry - Global Underground! In 2001, he started taking his first steps in mixing minimal and house. At the same time he started to produce first loops, but back then in his heart rock music had a special place. Years have passed and so Anton’s playlists did change, he listened a lot to rap and hip-hop. In 2014, he moved to Poland, where he went for the first time to a club where he heard techno music. He was excited and surprised at the same time, asking himself “why I was missing this music for all these years?”. From now on, he started his adventure with techno, incessantly learning and experiencing what’s new for him in this culture. During the pandemic, he stepped into action as a DJ, performing online shows on the streaming platform “The Blue Oyster”. After that he received amazing feedback, people wanted to see him again, that’s why in 2021 Anton was very busy organizing events, playing at uncountable private parties and even in clubs like Instytut Rave Arena, Luzztro, Warszawa Główna. In 2021, he started producing his own music. Hours upon hours spent in music digging are the best time for him. Every day he is looking for new tracks which will give shivers to his audience. Every single one of them is like a piece of his soul, he adds the pieces to each other and creates a set that is an emotional story that touches even the hardest hearts.
