In this episode we discuss the 3 P's Patience, Perfection and Prayer. Patience is one thing I was NOT born with!! It was something I had to learn and condition my brain to have patience in all areas of my life. I share my tips on how to do this and how to let go of perfection and let God be the one who decides what is perfect in HIS eyes. I also take you through my daily meditation for intention setting which has helped me let go of expectation that everything is going to be perfect at all times. On this episode I discuss my past struggles of living a life that looked great on the outside but inside I was struggling to be myself. I think it is so easy in any career to have 2 masks that you wear. One at work and how your work friends view you and then one at home that may be the complete opposite! I believe in today's world it is so easy to post photos and act like everything is just peachy but the reality is more people struggle today with depression, anxiety and comparison due to social media. Don't get me wrong I love my IG and FB but until I actually decided I was ready to be MYSELF on every platform, with every person, that my friends is where the REAL transformation and magic begun!!!
