Making My Way In The Lockdown

In this episode I talk about how the lockdown is affecting all our lives and positive tips for how to spend your time. Here I’m talking about my own philosophy on the lockdown and what I’m looking forward to doing once it’s over.  I'm talking about how we're going back to a simpler time, about how society is changing and about tapping into your artistic energy. There’s a short review of a book on Storytelling, a bit on Enya’s music, a shout out to Tiger King and Josh Radnor.

What We Take From Minimalism

I'm joined by my husband David as we discuss what we take from minimalism. We discuss the benefits of having 'just enough' and not too much in relation to possessions, food, social media. We discuss getting healthy meals delivered and getting use out of everything you own and maximising your time. We do go off on various tangents e.g. developing hobbies and concentration levels of children etc but hopefully it's relating back to the topic!

Tiger King

On this episode I'm joined by my husband David as we discuss the Netflix documentary Tiger King that's taking the Western World by storm. It is the most successful documentary in human history. We refer to the Wondery podcast, David Spade interviews and our opinions on these colourful characters.
