By day he’s a husband, a father, and a machine maintenance engineer at a local shop. Why?  More people are retiring out of trades, than going into them. Yet the demand and salaries have never been higher.  So what's behind the trades-gap? Stigma? Highschools? Parents? Ironically, trade schools?  And more importantly, what can we do to fix it?  Join us every week to interview different tradespeople and start a dialogue surrounding the trades.  Our goal? Simple.
