Ep. 10 - Deep #4 ft. Dana Silvestri - Rewiring Our Brain

On this episode of MenTen, I am joined by TheDanaSilvestri. Dana is a mindset coach who has started his career in the mental health industry to help people understand their behaviors, why they do so, and help them learn how to train their brain to invoke new processes of thought. He helps many people through his program, Momentum Mastermind, as well as his 1on1 coaching.  Dana and I discuss the methods we used to rewire our brain and change who we were. It all starts in the mind and if we can recognize that we  want to chance, be aware of the issue, and actively give our mind what it needs to change the way we think, we can successfully alter who we are at the core. This is going to be a huge part of reinventing or altering yourself, if that is your goal. We cover paradigms, the connection between the conscious mind , subconscious mind, and our body, visualizing, medication, case studies, and much more on this value packed episode. Dana can be found on Facebook and Instagram @thedanasilvestri where he dedicates his content to helping others master their mind.  Dana also has a website, thedanasilvestri.com.  He has offered all of you a free 15 min strategy call to help you identity what you want to do and how to start.  Check out Dana's FREE E-Book, "Win Your Morning, Win Your Day, Win Your Life".  Follow me on Instagram @mental_tenacity for daily content to keep you motivated, inspired, and short stories about my life.  Intro beat by CG Beats; Outro beat by OP Beatz - Check them out on IG and YouTube! Ep. 7 - Lesson #4: Direction Is As Important As Speed

I had the problem of taking my mission and just moving with it. I would work really hard and go so fast, but sometimes I would crash and burn. I would fail. I didn't know why, even with all that speed, I was failing. It hit me as I got older.... I was going fast.... in the wrong direction.  If you're like me and you like to work hard and fast, give this episode a listen. If you're looking to find your direction or how you might be able to understand it. Give this episode a shot. I am going to discuss how I see life like sailing a boat, the maze traits of the path to success, the importance of being genuine and true to yourself, as well as the importance of understanding your direction when you pursue your goals and dream. Many successful people that we see are sometimes unhappy with their results, because while they got very far, they went the wrong way. Make sure you are on the right direction.  Background Music by Olexandr Ignatov --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/menten/support

On this episode I have a discussion with my old friend from high school, D! Since graduation D has taken time to explore different career paths but just found that ultimately he wanted to pursue his own passion of graphic designing. He picked up his life and moved again, this time to start his own business as well! D and I talk about his steps to chase your dream and why you need to go for it if its something that is eating away at you. We talk about defining your dream, taking risks, and how you can be inspirational in your day to day. I hope you can take something away from it as well!  --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/menten/support

Ep. 5 - Lesson #3: The Price of Success

In this episode we talk about realizing and accepting the things that we will have to sacrifice on the journey to becoming the greatest version of ourselves. Time, Joy, Peace, Friends, and Money. 5 keys parts of out life that will be impacted as we chase our dreams. I’m discussing this early so we can wrap our head around expecting these losses and so we don’t have to adjust to these costs half way through committing to a goal. The greatest version of you is expensive to build, but it is so worth it. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/menten/support

Ep. 4 - Deep #1 ft. Jason Shaw - Be Careful What You Feed Your Mind

On this episode I have a deep discussion with @BigJayShaw about his recent mission to get in shape and motivate people to physically challenge themselves, especially during this quarantine. We talk about how the things that you do effect who you are and will become. The things that you do will also naturally build the mindset that you will carry in life. It will come to define what your automatic response will be to challenges in life. Headstrong or fearful? Be sure to read, watch, listen, do, and eat according to your goals. It matters more than you may think. Practice good habits everyday because remember, “Rome wasn’t built in a day” --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/menten/support
