In this episode, I share a Bumble story that taught me a big lesson about dating in your late 20s. From desperate swipes to unexpected 12 a.m. meetups, this one's about knowing your worth, setting boundaries, and realizing that if someone really wants you — they’ll show up. But the real question is… do you want them back?

It's a personal episode of mine, it has been a roller coaster ride. Yet still finding a better way to cope with it. But I hope people can relate and help me to be more positive about living with anxiety. It's not scary, it's normal to have it. I'm not a professional, but I wanted to share some tips that helped me improve myself in this discovery journey :)
