What we are doing here matters for eternity and we are fools to attempt it without prayer! This is an unbelievable message on the necessity of prayer in ministry by a man who has influenced thousands of church leaders.

The 4 F's is all about the enviornment we are trying to create within our youth ministry. If we will intentionally create a vibe that is fun, friendly, fiery, and family then kids lives will be changed!

Your attitude is critical and will affect almost everything you do as a leader within Alive or Fuel. The attitude that Jesus models for us is the attitude of a servant. Do you believe we can change the world?

Those you lead will live the unedited version of your life! The way you live is critical as a youth leader! Your character matters far more than your talent or personality! Live a life worth following!
