Mike Finoia Solo Confessional Episode -  It's Thanksgiving week, and it's Mike's turn to face his bald, thick face and get down to the nitty gritty. Last week, Cipha spilt his guts, and Mike agrees that it's time to put down the pizza and pick up the pistachio's.  The life of a comic is bananas, and although it's no excuse, it is a factor. Mike makes new plans and is ready to start anew.

Lucky number 13! or Unlucky? The Impractical Joker cruise is right around the corner, and Mike & Cipha are still scratching their guys trying to figure it out.  This week the guys are joined by cruise alum Josh Adam Meyers, host of the 500 Podcast and creator of the Goddamn Comedy Jam. 14 weeks until the 4th Impractical Joker Cruise sets sail. Mike & Cipha are supposed to be losing weight, but are still stagnant, floating in the Sea of Regret.  This week the guys are joined by Comedian / Musician Jeremiah Watkins. Known for his work with the Goddamn Comedy Jam, Kill Tony, and Stand-Up on the Spot, Jeremiah was in NYC for the NY Comedy Festival. Cipha & Mike talk to Jeremiah about his weight GAIN mission, fasting, and what it means to really be hungry. 

End of the 1st Quarter!! 15 Weeks to go till the Impractical Joker Cruise!! Mike & Cipha are still trying to figure it out. The weight loss mission is not getting any easier. So, the guys invite comedian and friend Wil Sylvince onto the pod to share his amazing weight loss story. Wil changed his lifestyle and food choices, and his entire life changed.
