I had a hell of a good time talking with Ernie about Spanish food and wine culture. He's lived an interesting life and has stories to tell. He's owned and operated restaurants in Nashville(his wife is current head chef of Etch) he's a deep sea charter fishing captain and he's traveled all over Spain throughout his life. He speaks the language and has tons of knowledge on regions, wine and food culture that go along with them. Enjoy getting to know Ernie as much as I did!

For this episode I sit down with my good friend Matt Lombardi to dive into his knowledge of cigars. I'm a pedestrian smoker and I know what I enjoy smoking, but can't speak necessarily in great depth on some of the history of regions and producers. Matt takes on a brief history tour of Cuba, and some of the most famous rollers of the Central America, along with different sizes, strengths and booze pairings. I hope you enjoy!
