Today was such a special episode for me personally, to be able to sit down with Gina and listen to her journey with becoming sober is so inspiring because I too am on a similar journey. Wanting to better yourself can be for many different reason and the road might be hard but like Gina says, awareness is the first step and what I like to tell myself is only YOU can make YOU happy. Melissa and I sit down and talk about the crazy relationship of rapper Blueface and baby mama Chrisean-Rock, why we think they are the way they are, who is the more toxic one and how we can relate.

I got the chance to sit down with my dad and talk about how life was for us growing up back in the day and his experiences with being a single "girl dad". I got very lucky with my set of parents. I hope you all enjoy, and Happy Father's Day.

My bestie Kenzie and I sat down and talked about how it has been for her being a single girl these days, it’s crazy out here and static’s are definitely showing it to be true. We go over women and men having serious commitment issues, open relationships, her moving back home to Arizona after years of living away and so much more! It was such a vibe and fun experience to hear from my friend on how being a single gal is going for her, the rollercoaster ride of dating is such a pivotal time in our life’s, and I am sure we all have a story or two to tell but this one is Kenzie’s so I hope you all enjoy and can relate.

Who doesn’t know the show 16 & pregnant? Like it’s one of the most popular shows on tv and I got the chance to sit with my friend Rushell to talk about her experience while being on the show, depression, postpartum relationships and motherhood. So happy I got to learn so many new things about her. I just absolutely looove her energy and vibe. I hope you all enjoy.

I sit down and talk about young stepmom life with one of my best friends, to enter new seasons of life with old friends by your side is such a blessing. Having our own little families and being able to always connect with one another on a very real topic has been such a real and humbling experience that I feel so lucky and honored to be able to experience.
